
Former Wake Forest wideout Horatio Fields has committed to Auburn out of the NCAA Transfer Portal. He’ll have at least one year of eligibility remaining.
Fields was a 2021 signee with Wake Forest and spent four years there. He played four games in 2021 as a true freshman before redshirting and did not play in 2022.
In the last two seasons, Fields played in 23 games for the Demon Deacons. And 2024 was the most productive year of his career, by far, as Fields caught 39 passes for 463 yards and four touchdowns. Prior to this season, he had five career receptions.
Fields was a three-star prospect in the 2021 class, according to theOn3 Industry Ranking. He played his high school football at New Manchester (Ga.) High School, where he was the No. 1605 player in the class.
