Javian Osborne, a highly coveted 4-star running back in the 2026 recruiting class, recently visited the University of Georgia and left with glowing impressions of the Bulldogs’ program. Osborne, who has garnered national attention for his explosiveness and versatility on the field, described his trip to Athens as a pivotal moment in his recruiting journey.
“My favorite part of Georgia was being able to meet Coach [Kirby] Smart and talk to him,” Osborne shared. “He’s an incredible coach, and getting to hear his vision for the program firsthand was something I’ll never forget.”
Osborne’s visit included a tour of the Bulldogs’ state-of-the-art facilities, interactions with the coaching staff, and an up-close view of Georgia’s football culture. The young running back praised the family-oriented atmosphere fostered by Coach Smart and his team.
“Coach Smart is passionate about developing players on and off the field,” Osborne said. “You can tell he really cares about his players and building something special here.”
As one of the top-ranked backs in the country, Osborne’s recruitment is heating up. While he remains undecided, Georgia’s strong impression may have positioned them as a frontrunner in the race for his commitment.
