Tennessee football has secured commitments from two promising offensive linemen for its 2026 recruiting class: four-star prospects Gabriel Osenda and Brandon Anderson.
Gabriel Osenda, a 6-foot-8, 310-pound tackle from Baylor School in Chattanooga, announced his commitment during the Navy All-American Bowl on January 11, 2025. Osenda chose the Volunteers over offers from Minnesota, Florida, and South Carolina, citing the program’s atmosphere and fan support as significant factors in his decision. He has been praised for his elite frame and potential, with expectations of a bright future once his skills fully develop.
Brandon Anderson, a 6-foot-5, 320-pound lineman from Kennesaw, Georgia, committed to Tennessee on October 20, 2024, following back-to-back visits to Knoxville. Initially planning to announce his decision in December, Anderson accelerated his timeline after witnessing the Vols’ victories over Florida and Alabama. He chose Tennessee over programs like Alabama, Auburn, and Georgia Tech, highlighting the coaching staff’s genuine approach and the team’s performance as key reasons for his commitment.
These additions bolster Tennessee’s 2026 recruiting class, which is currently ranked No. 5 nationally by Rivals. The commitments of Osenda and Anderson reflect the Vols’ successful efforts in securing top in-state talent and enhancing their offensive line for the future.
