Ball State cornerback transfer Myles Norwood has committed to South Carolina, bringing with him at least one year of remaining eligibility.
Norwood began his college career playing junior college football in Iowa. He then transferred to Iowa State for the 2022 season before heading to Ball State in 2024.
After playing just one game with the Cyclones, Norwood developed into a full-time player with the Cardinals. He played in 12 games, making 38 tackles, including two tackles for loss. He also recorded 10 passes defensed and a fumble recovery.
Norwood was unrated as a high school recruit in the 2020 signing class, and went to Iowa Western Community College.
