Tennessee quarterback Gaston Moore has announced his entry into the NCAA Transfer Portal, according to Pete Nakos of On3.
Moore, a redshirt senior in his fifth year, has spent the last four years at Tennessee after one year as a freshman at UCF. He followed Josh Heupel from Orlando to Knoxville when Heupel was hired by the Volunteers and has remained there as a backup since then.
While as a reserve on Rocky Top, Moore had appeared in 14 games, including a career-high this fall with six games played in.
In his opportunities off the sideline, Moore is 26-44 (59.1%) for 273 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions
