Tampa Bay Tech’s five-star wide receiver, Dallas Wilson, has officially signed with the Florida Gators.
The longtime Oregon commit signed with the Ducks earlier this month but requested to be released from his financial aid agreement on December 19. Florida made a strong push to flip Wilson before National Signing Day and has successfully added the in-state star to its 2025 recruiting class.
Wilson is ranked as the No. 19 overall prospect and the No. 2 wide receiver in the 2025 class, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, which aggregates ratings from all four major recruiting media outlets. He is also ranked the No. 3 player in Florida.
The 6-foot-2.5, 193-pound wide receiver made several visits to Gainesville in late November leading up to the Early Signing Period. The in-state SEC school gained momentum in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, but Wilson ultimately signed with Dan Lanning and Oregon on December 4.
Just over two weeks later, Gators Online’s Zach Abolverdi reported that Wilson asked to released from his financial aid agreement with the Ducks and was looking to then sign with UF. Despite being committed to Oregon for over 23 months, Wilson is set to stay in-state, joining a recruiting class that caught on fire in November under Billy Napier and Co.
Wilson now leads Florida’s 2025 class, alongside Orlando Jones four-star WR Vernell Brown III. He becomes the 25th signee for a class currently ranked No. 11 in the nation, according to the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.
